I've been to coz once, in march, as a cruise day-tripper. My husband and I totally fell in love with the island and are planning to rent a house there in december. I can't wait!

A cruise 6 years ago is how we discovered Cozumel and fell in love at first sight. 

Same with us we stopped there on a carnival cruise in 2006 and knew we wanted to spend some time on the island.  We have been back four times since then and will be going back for another week over Christmas this year. 

sounds like another Cozaholic!  We cruised to Cozumel probably 15 times before our first land-based trip post Wilma in November 2005.. Haven't been back on a ship since and have been BACK to the island over 22 times since then!!
