I visited the Humane Society along with Linda Lord (frequent Cozumel visitor and watercolor artist) and noted that conditions are getting quite crowded.  It is a great time to adopt and there are some great dogs there.  Also they have some great puppies and even a cat with the Cozumel sparrow on its back.

If you want to bring a dog to the states (or a cat) it can be done amazingly easily.
