Tony ~ a few years ago you posted your key lime pie recipe....can you please do it again? I have misplaced my copy and one sure sounds good right now!!   Grin

Tony Rome makes a fabulous key lime pie and has posted the recipe a couple of times. It is extremely easy, very delicious. I have made it using regular limes and it is still excellent. You can fancy up the topping by sprinkling it with lime zest and make curled thin lime slices. I have made it 3 times, everyone has raved about it:
This is Tony's recipe:
Crushed cinnamon cookies and melted butter for crust , use about 1/4 stick butter, melt and mix into the cookie crumbs and make a sort of paste.  Press the crumbs in a pie tin, heat in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, remove and let cool.

In a blender, blend the following well:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 8 oz. package Kraft Philadelphia cream cheese
Juice of 4 - 6 medium limes
*If consistency seems too loose, add more cheese.

Pour over crust, refrigerate. It is honestly the best key lime pie I have ever had.

when serving, take a lime and a cheese grater and grate some of the lime rind on top of the pie...not only does it make it more appetizing and colorful, it adds zing and flavor to the pie......ENJOY YOURSELF
